Nordic infra-co selects Comarch BSS/OSS suite to support managed end-to-end connectivity offering
GlobalConnect Group has signed a contract for Comarch to deliver a new common integrated customer-, product-, order- and billing solution for all its business operations.
The multi-country BSS/OSS solution is expected to deliver, “a true digital and automated customer experience, harmonisation of processes across operations in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Germany” and support GlobalConnect’s rapidly growing, managed end-to-end connectivity offerings.
Yan Zheng, Head of Digital Solutions (its B2B product portfolio) at GlobalConnect, commented [lightly edited], “No-one in the market has been able to deliver a customer-friendly, integrated, one-stop-shop service for connectivity solutions. We own and control the entire value chain and all involved components for a managed end-to-end connectivity offering (such as SmartFiber, SD-WAN, MLAN, security and access services).
“We have offered integrated connectivity solutions across all our operating countries for more than four years, but will now be able to…accelerate and keep improving the end-user experience so that our customers can focus on running their businesses and not on how their network is performing or how robust their connectivity services are – that’s our job.”
