Arantech, a mobile communications software company and specialist in telco Customer Experience Management (CEM), is launching CustomerWorld, a CEM solution which is said to help mobile network operators (MNOs) gain a more detailed understanding of their customers so they can better predict and influence customer behaviour.
CustomerWorld is claimed to provide end-to-end customer experience management by providing insight that was previously not available to the business. It also ensures that the insight is put to use to maximise and enhance the customer experience.
"CustomerWorld ProFiler enables the creation of profiles based on customer experiences – these profiles enable you to define behavioural segments which delivers greater value to your business and marketing stakeholders," said James Doyle, vice president of product management and marketing at Arantech. "Should a customer match a profile criteria it is possible to preempt this behaviour with a proactive customer management action with CustomerWorld ProAction."
CustomerWorld ProAction is already live at three tier one MNO customer sites and has delivered an ROI within six months. CustomerWorld ProFiler is currently coming to the end of its first beta deployment phase with a tier one European MNO and will have its full commercial launch in Q2 2009.
