Authority recently announced the tender conditions for granting of the 3G Licenses in Turkey, to be held on May 25, 2007. “The Turkish economy has been enjoying solid and stable growth in the last few years. However, there have been recent developments in the political environment that may result in potential political and economical uncertainties in the forthcoming quarters. Turkcell
