LogicaCMG today announced that it has won a multi million Euro contract with HTmobile of Croatia to supply enhanced interactive messaging services. The LogicaCMG solution will be based on the company’s all-IP Next Generation messaging solution.
The LogicaCMG architecture enables HTmobile to share common management, provisioning and network interfaces across different service bearers to ensure optimum cost efficiency of its messaging infrastructure by maintaining low operational costs and capital expenditure. This architecture also provides the flexibility, features and framework components for HTmobile to evolve its service portfolio to include richer and more interactive messaging services, such as SMS voting and polling. The solution allows for unparalleled capacity growth while ensuring zero downtime for revenue generating messaging services.
The Interactive Messaging Server gives subscribers fast access via one code (e.g. *100#) to a series of interactive menus, where they can easily select premium content or self-care menus. This enables HTmobile to offer self-care applications to their customers, while at the same time increasing Average Revenue Per User by making it easier for subscribers to access premium SMS content.
